ISSN
EDITOR IN CHIEF:

Dr Nasar Ali
The NANOSMAT Society, UK

Nanotechnology is a truly multidisciplinary and global field being explored by scientists, engineers, social scientists, environmentalist and politicians due to novel science emerging and potential for growth of global economy. It has also caught the imagination of the public in news features, major films and points of discussion in the media.

Functional Nanostructures Proceedings (FNP) publishes conference and symposium extended abstracts & manuscripts relating to the topics list below. Functional Nanostructures Proceedings publishes work as OPEN ACCESS. All papers will have a DOI and fully linked references

Functional Nanostructures Proceedings will be available to read and/or download, free of cost, as e-edition/e-book. Conference organisers, sponsors or individual authors are expected to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC), which is currently 30 Euros for a 3-page extended abstract and 50 Euros for a full manuscript.

FNP will publish manuscripts and not limited to the following topics:

• Carbon based nanomaterials

• Graphene

• Nanoparticles, thin films &nanofibres

• Patterned, nanostructures, and nanoconfined materials

• Nanocomposites

• Self-assembly

• Modeling and simulation

• One-dimensional materials

• Bionanomaterials

• Advanced technologies for the submicron patterning of materials

• Nanofabrication

• Nanoenergy

• Nanocatalysis

• Nanoporous materials

• Adhesion and self-cleaning

• Nanoscale Sensors (including biosensors)
